Through this scheme, after completing their education, the youth will get free skill education training and get employment opportunities in new industries so that they will become self-reliant and self-reliant. Eligibility for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of India
• It is mandatory to have passed class 10th to apply.
• The candidate should have attained the age of 18 years and should not be more than 35 years as on the date of notification.
